Terms of Service for LCS cleaning services
Welcome to LCS Cleaning Services LLC. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of LCS Cleaning Services LLC's services and website.
1. General Terms:
By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
2. Service Provision:
LCS Cleaning Services LLC provides a range of property solutions including residential cleaning, office cleaning, construction cleaning, painting, carpet & furniture cleaning, pressure washing, junk disposal, lawn care, and electrical work.
Specific details of the services provided will be agreed upon in advance between you (the client) and LCS Cleaning Services LLC. Services will be performed in a professional manner, in accordance with industry standards.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation:
Services must be scheduled in advance. LCS Cleaning Services LLC agrees to arrive and perform the services at the scheduled time and date.
Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms:
Payment for services is due upon completion of the specified service unless otherwise agreed upon. LCS Cleaning Services LLC accepts payment via credit card, check, or cash.
Late payments may incur late payment fees and could result in a suspension of services until the account is settled.
5. Liability and Insurance:
LCS Cleaning Services LLC is fully insured and bonded. While we strive to provide the highest level of service, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions of the client’s property that are not caused by our services.
Claims for damages or unsatisfactory work must be made within 24 hours after completion of the service. LCS Cleaning Services LLC will have the opportunity to inspect such claims and offer corrective measures if necessary.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy:
LCS Cleaning Services LLC respects your privacy and commits to protecting the information you share with us. Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. If the client terminates ongoing services, any advance payments for services not yet rendered will be refunded.
8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
