Terms of Service for LCS cleaning services

1. Introduction:

Welcome to LCS Cleaning Services ("we", "our", or "us"). By choosing our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Kindly review them carefully.

2. Service Agreement:

LCS Cleaning Services commits to providing home cleaning services as per the Client's requirements and our standards of excellence.

3. Appointment and Cancellation:

Scheduled appointments can be changed or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to provide such notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms:

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. Any delayed payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. Liability:

While we always handle your property with utmost care, we are not responsible for accidental damage. We encourage clients to secure or remove delicate items before service.

6. Supplies and Equipment:

Unless specified, LCS Cleaning Services will provide all cleaning products and equipment. Any client-specific product requests may incur additional charges.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality:

Your privacy is paramount. Any personal information provided to us will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Service Quality Guarantee:

If unsatisfied, please report concerns within 24 hours of service. We will make every effort to address and rectify the reported issues promptly.

9. Amendments:

LCS Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our official platforms.

10. Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Tennessee law.
